How Commerce Field Kits uses data.

Information you submit

When you request a free kit or join a waitlist, we collect the fields you submit, such as name, email address, store URL, and the ecommerce challenge or priority you describe. We use this to deliver the requested resource, understand product interest, and send relevant launch updates.

Analytics, marketing pixels, and session recordings

Commerce Field Kits uses consent-based marketing pixels, including Axon, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Reddit Ads, and Meta Ads, to understand page visits and form conversion activity. These marketing pixels do not receive the names or email addresses entered into our forms. If accepted, they may receive page-view and lead-event details such as the page URL and the type of form submitted.

Commerce Field Kits also uses Lucky Orange session analytics, which may load when the page loads, to understand session behavior, heatmaps, and usability friction. Lucky Orange may collect interaction data such as clicks, scrolls, page movement, and form interaction patterns so we can identify where visitors get stuck. Form fields are masked before Lucky Orange loads so names, email addresses, store URLs, and message details are not intended to appear in session recordings.

Cookies and consent

The cookie notice lets visitors accept or decline marketing tracking. If you decline, marketing pixels are not loaded. Lucky Orange session analytics may load separately as described above. Your marketing tracking choice is stored locally in your browser so the site can remember it.

Service providers

Commerce Field Kits is hosted on Netlify, and Netlify Forms processes form submissions. We may also use CRM, email, analytics, and payment providers as the product launch process matures.

Your choices

You can decline tracking in the cookie notice, clear your browser storage to reset your choice, use browser privacy controls to limit session analytics scripts, or unsubscribe from marketing emails if you receive them. For privacy requests, reply to any Commerce Field Kits email you receive or submit a message through the contact form with "privacy request" in the details.
